Contract Authority:

All buying deals / contracts would only be signed by Flt.Lt.Retd.Syed Furqan Ahmed s/o Syed Abdur Rauf and no other person is authorized to cut a deal for Pakhuts Project.

List of Authorized Representatives is provided in Brochures and on website alike. Authorized Representatives are part of Pakhuts and can initiate a deal, negotiate a deal and facilitate clients for ultimate successful buying of any of the Chalet of Pakhuts.

Mode of Payments:

Mode of Payments would not be CASH at any stage of the buying process.

Payorders/drafts/personal cheques would be accepted for “Bank Account Number 0303-766-00000-172, Meezan Bank, F-7 Markaz Branch, Islamabad ” or in the name of “Syed Furqan Ahmed s/o Syed Abdur Rauf” ONLY.
We are in no way responsible for any payments made in the name of Pakhuts to any other person other than the Proprietor himself.

Structure types of Huts

Leonids Chalet : Raised RCC structure on pedestal foundation. Complete structure is of RCC pouring. No Bricks used in structural drawings.
Laila Chalets : Column – Beam Structure upon Raft Foundation. Bricks are used between the columns.
Solaris Chalets : Column – Beam Structure upon submerged raft foundations. Brick work as fillings between columns.

Covered Area :
All huts have covered area of 1200 to 1400 sq.ft.

Land area : 1 kanal; minimum.

Steps for Booking :

Pak Rs.100,000/= as booking amount / as earnest money.
30% of price of chalet as first installment upon that the land would be transferred in the name of the buyer.
Total of six monthly installments at 10% of price of chalet as the development work proceeds and finally the Chalet is handed over to owner.
10% after the delivery of the Chalet minus the booking amount / earnest money.

Time Schedule:

Land Transfer is immediate upon payment of first installment.
Delivery of complete Chalet in 8 months time.
